hesitation /bucking

I have a 94 3.0 v6,I have a hesitation problem,need to feather gas to get going, then when moving along and get up around 30-40 mph and shifts into 3rd gear with light load it starts to buck,if you hit the gas and accelerate it gets up and goes.plugs ,cap rotor.and now timing belt and tensioner done still happening.if I advace the distribuptor it gets alot better.
do have an O2 code but have had that for some time before this started.

I would first get that O2 sensor fixed first, then I would check the Throttle Position Sensor. If that does not fix it then I would look at the ECT "Engine Coolant Temp sensor.
