Interesting problem, wife brought truck home and parked it, couple of days later i went out and the key will not unlock in the ignition. I tried putting it in gear and moving the steering wheel but to no avail. Anyone else have this issue and is their an easy way to fix?

You might try having a new key made at your local Toyota dealer that will be not be made from a copy or spare. It will be an original that might work better than the worn out copies or the original worn one. I do think they will need your vin to do this. That would be the easiest thing to try. If it does not work then it will be new ignition tumbler time.
