Radiator Fan Shattered - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

The original Plastic Radiator fan came apart last night while starting the vehicle, it shattered into a hundred pieces and damaged the shroud too.

I'm thinking about a Metal radiator fan. Or where might I be able to find one of these? Any suggestions for a liquid stop-leak for the radiator that works would be appreciated, the radiator in only 3 years old....

I had that problem to my destroyed my battery, air box, upper rad hose and hood to though. Prestone makes a stop leak that you pour in but it should only be used short term. As for a metal fan I've heard rumors that the fan out of an early 90's f150 will fit (the 351 specifically) but I don't know for sure, it would be worth looking into.

Try ebay for a new radiator. I got one not too long ago, brand new, for like 70 or 80 bucks.
