Canada Engine swap HELP!! 1995 4Runner

Hey there, I just bought a '95 4Runner. It has the 2.4L 22R-E with a 5 speed manual. I have a 3.0L V6 3VZ-FE engine (NOT a 3VZ-E used in the 4Runners) from a 1992 Camry. It has 24 valves and 4 cams. Does anyone know if this engine will mate up to the bell housing of the 5 speed manual transmission in a 4Runner? The 3VZ-FE can easily be modified to put out 225 HP and 230 ft/lb torque, naturally aspirated, or 350 HP with high boost from a turbo, using stock internals. The 22R-E seems fine, but I would like to swap it out for a bigger engine with more potential. I already have the 3VZ-FE from the car, along with complete wiring and OBD I computer etc. ANY input or info will be greatly appreciated!

...... I've done a lot of thinking about this whole swap idea and after reading about the fuel MPG for the 22R-E, 19 mpg city / 21 mpg highway then comparing that to the v6 4Runner mpg's, i've decided that the 22R-E is too fuel efficient to warrant its replacement. Did you know that a v6 automatic 4Runner is rated for 14mpg city / 16mpg highway??? OUCH! That is horrible numbers.......... I'd rather have a fuel sipping 4 banging little turd that has a zero to sixty of about 15 seconds, lol!

That motor sounds like more work than it's worth anyways. A 5VZ swap would be a better choice.
Also, I get 16.2 mpg, mixed driving. in my Runner. And it's a 3VZ auto, with oversized tires.

My little 22re scoots me down the freeway @ 65-70 no problem w/a decent amount of power through all the gears but i'm only running 31" tires and 216k on the clock and still running strong, keep the 22r.
