Where does this wire connect?

1994 4Runner V6 3.0 Automatic

Does anyone know what this wire connects to? I found it laying loose against the left fender well. It appears to be a ground to something.

Maybe a bigger photo would be more helpful. Or the wire colors,
Do all your systems work? Check engine light?

I got it. It is a ground wire that connects from the small resistor mounted to the mounting bracket of the ignitor to the fender well and then the larger disconnected wire connects to a head bolt. Wire was black.

Having some power and shifting issues so just looking at everything. We will see if this helps.
