transmission oil?

i am rebuilding my truck. i have a 90 4runner v6 4x4 manual tranny. i pulled the tranny with the engine when i took it out. i figured i should go ahead and change the oil in the tranny and transfer case while i had it out. does anyone know how much oil each takes.

Factory Service Manual.

BTW, both have a fill/check hole on the side.
You fill it until it starts dripping back out of the hole, so you really don't have to measure out the exact amount.
