Question Rear Passenger Window problems

My rear passenger window will go down but not up. I replaced the drivers side master switch, the passenger door switch and it will still not go up. What else is it?
Thanks fellas, I live in Oregon where it rains every other hour...

If it works in one direction that means the motor and the wiring are good.
The switches just reverse the polarity of the voltage to the motor to control up or down.
If the window relay was bad none would work.
The master panel has some control circuitry in it, but nothing specific to that particular window.
Right now I can't see why it doesn't work.
Were the replacement switches new or used?
