Unhappy 95 4runner motor swap help

ok right to the point i have a 95 4 runner that threw a rod so i bought a running 93 runner to do a motor swap with got all the way to the point of installing the motor in my 95 and couldnt get it to line up with the trans so i pulled the motor back out of the bay and found that where the torque converter slips into the end of the crank theres a small bearring (93 motor ) where as on the 95 there is not ??????? ultimatly the question here is will this motor work for my swap

The bearing in the end of the crank is a pilot bearing for a standard trans. Remove it and problem solved.

or if it is really stuck take a roll of toilet paper a puncah and a glass of water and soak the tp stuff it in the hole and when it gets full use the punch to keep mashing it in. with all the water the tp holds you basicly use hydraulic pressure to push the bearing out while the punch pushes in.
