I am looking a a 3.0 4runner with a supposed blown motor. If the timing belt breaks, what happens? Is it an interference motor or can it be saved?

can anyone tell me if the 93 3.0 4runner has an interference motor or not?

the v6 is a non interferance motor, but i do not know about the 4

Not an interference engine, but what do you mean by "blown"? I would run far away. The 3.0 is a POS engine from the get-go. Bad design, low on power and a bitch to work on. Look for a 96 up with the 3.4.

Swapping a 3.4 into a 3.0 vehicle would be a major undertaking in every way.

i wasnt witness to the swap, but was told it wasnt too bad.
