well thanks to stepho and Kame.

It was the VCV valve along withe EGR vacuum modulator.

I put vacuum caps on the hoses and moved on maybe to a new car...

A women has a 145 k 95 celica sitting for year and wants to sell it for a 1000.

I put the cress on craigslist to see if i get any bites, so if any one in seattle wants to buy a 82 let me know.
