The Toyota dealerships my family has gone to since the mid 80's have always used Castrol. My 85 Camry made it 331xxx miles on Castrol GTX. Changed it every 3k mi and it never burned more than a half Qt between changes in its later years.

I use GTX in my tC and change it every 3k mi even tho its rated to and still looks new and clean at 5k.
