How do I remove front oxygen sensor?

I found a thread somewhere else (here: http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/4Runner/tech/O2_Sensor/ ) where it look pretty straightforward, but when I took a look at mine, it looks nothing like photos at the other site. I have a 2000 and I'm trying to replace the O2 sensor. I can find the lower end attached to the exhaust pipe, but the upper end disappears up over the crank case. How do I go about replacing this thing?

Never mind. I found the other end. It was a pain in the butt to replace as you have to hug the tranny to replace it, but it's done.
