broken rear defrost terminals

I had to use my rear defrost for the first time yesterday and noticed it didn't work at all. So today I pulled the panel off the tail gate and checked the wires and found both wire connection terminals had been pulled off the window.

Has anyone had any luck soldering them back on and getting them stay on?

I got one soldered on but the far left one is too hard to get to without pulling out the window.

I can't believe nobody else complaining about this happening. With the way its designed to have the terminals hold the weight of the wires while the window goes up and down.

Maybe that is why the plugs were discvonnected, someone replaced the window and did not plug the wires back in before re-instalation. Bummer. Probably need to partly remove it to re-instal the connecters.
