Toyota publishes a collision repair manual specific to this vehicle, document number: BRM060E, titled "Repair Manual for Collision Damage", dated Nov 1995. If you can get hold of one of these it will show you the appropriate cut and join locations and, the location of the spot welds to be drilled. Given what you are undertaking, I would presume you have professional level body repair skills and know that any body structural component affecting future safety of the vehicle is to be cut and replaced, and not attempted to straighten using heat.
The above manual shows the cuts and weld points to pull out the complete front "A" pillar and the removal of the roof including the beam crossing between the 2 front "A" pillars. and the reinstallation of replacement sections.
