1997 4Runner wheel spacers

Hi All,
I have a '97 4Runner, SR5 4wd manual transmission. The stock rims are the 16" aluminum alloys, which I believe have a 4 5/8" backspace. I want to put TRD rims on from a '05 tacoma but the backspacing on that set id 5.25"
3 questions: What size wheel spacer will I need to make these wheels fit w/ out tire rubbing and where can I buy them? Also, do just the front wheels need spacers or all 4??

These should work for you. Get the hub centric ones at the bottom of the page. 1.25" should be enough for you to clear. You can do fronts only. I've heard of people doing that before. It's up to you. As long as you don't mind the difference in track width.

Honest answer?

If you need spacers, get a set of wheels that actually fit.

That's what I'm gonna do.....either re-finish my current rims or find some w/ the same backspacing. My friend who's a mechanic said wheel spacers are kinda sketchy and not the safest route to go.... Good looking out though.
