hey guys, i accidentally pushed in the clock on my dashboard. how can i fix this? how do i remove the dash in order to fix?

in addition, while trying to squeeze the clock back in (which didnt work), i think i loosed the wiring that controls the rear window controls because now i cant open/close my rear window.

i have a 2000 4runner SR5. thanks so much!!

This write up shows taking the dash panels off to put a stereo in. It's based on an older 4runner but the steps should be similar for yours.
