Hey blazy, I have looked around ( a little ) and didn't ever see anyone with a 99 who actually listed part numbers for the bulbs they used. But... a guy just posted on a yotatech forum guage and dash backlighting thread that he bought all kinds of lights from Autoillumination so maybe you could pm him and ask what he got. Sorry I'm no more help than that.

jblazy18,

Just give your local Toyota dealer a call and he should be able to tell you the part numbers.

i called a toyota dealership and they said they dont replace the bulbs themselves, you would have to buy the whole unit.. so that is a negative.. and ya i looked on yotatech and the bulbs i need are a 74 and a 194 and a neo wedge for the etc and rear window, but those sites are effin confusing and allot of guys are saying they're replacing theyre led bulbs every year or 2 years.... i went to autozone and they have the #74 bulbs there but theyre a little bigger than the oem filiments, they fit behind the hvac plate and the ashtray, and the glove box, but they're too big for the shifter so i just used an old one... i really dont feel like replacing them all the time.. and the vled site doesnt have allot of options.... thanks though guys
