ABS light on in 1996 toyota 4runner v6 3.4 eng.

Hello need help please my toyota 4 runner has the ABS light on I went a head and bleeded the system but the light still on also disconnected the battery overnight and that did not do the trick neither one thing I did notice is that the front rotors and pads need changing asap would that make ABS light come on ? or does it only men having thin rotors and pads make the veihcle shake when braking at speeds 15-45 mph thank you in advanced.

you need someone to hook up a scanner to read the code stored. i think autozone does this free. low brake pads dont make the abs light come on nor does rotor runout. common problems are speed sensors their reluctor wheels and wiring. first and formost you need to figure out the code.
