i took the running boards off of my 90 gen 2 4runner and they have been sitting in my barn for about 10 years now. if you do some research and see if they will fit i will go take a look at them to see if they are any good, only problem is i live in louisiana and i see you have a canadian flag. if you live in canada the shipping is going to be pretty killer

trim code is based on what color? (Beige) is it located on door panel?
same with trim code?
The factory running boards have two black plastic end covers on them, the back one on the passenger side.

Oh! And where should I be searching?

There is a label on front left door, on outer pillar, black label with all info about your vehicle, VIN, trim code, Color code, model name. you need to check your trim code.
Trim code color is not same with your vehicle color code. they are different. When you can search for parts in dealership, you need your vin, and on one vin can be different trim codes depending on level of equipment of your vehicle.

OK Thanks,
I do know that but won't pretend to know everything about what those codes stand for.

So mine is actually:
C/TM 1C0 / FB45

If it helps anyone else:

How to read door labels:
1992 or newer;
http://www.toyconnection4x4.com/code...92-4runner.jpg
1991 or older;
www.toyconnection4x4.com/code_label.html

1C0 is color of your vehicle, FB45 is your trim code.

System won't let me post photos (attachments)

Anyways the "RR black plastic cover for the running board";
Their are 2 black plastic end covers on each factory running board, 1 on the front & 1 on the back. My front left (FL drivers’ side) one is cracked & my right rear (RR passenger side) one is cracked.

Just figured most guys that bend their running boards just need a new board not the end caps so thought their might be a few kicking around. Guess not?

If you need a better description of the other parts let me know, when you describe stuff yourself it seems obvious, but I do know better.
