kball.....do i reset the computer by pulling off the negative bat cable or do i hav to go bak to advance auto to reset

kball....i reset computer by removing neg lead on battery for a minute....went for a drive around 6 miles and no light.....the light would come on within a mile after I reset before...so i think problem is solved....thank you for ur time....i appreciate it.....Lou

Glad it worked. Pulling the neg cable is the quick way to turn off the CEL. You can also just drive it and after several on/off cycles it will shut itself off.
