Yeah, the platform is identical.
The springs were probably release before the h/b was. So it's just not included as an application, yet.
Or it could be that because the sedan and the h/b have different f/r weight distribution, that the spring rates are supposed to be different. So it will fit no matter what. But you might find that the front is a bouncy and/or the rear is a bit still, compared to what it should be.
