$13000 for a 2001 SR5 good deal?

Just as the title says, have an opportunity to get first crack at it. Dont know too much about this vehicle coming from a 1989 corolla. Wondering if this is a good deal? It has 110,000km, original owner, no rust from what I can see, no accidents, but still on original timing belt (cost?). Following options:

Air conditioning
Alloy wheels
CD/Cassette/AM/FM stereo
ABS
Cruise control
Heated mirrors
Keyless entry
Sunroof
Running boards
Roof rack
Trailer hitch
New Tires (6 months old)

Didnt get a chance to test drive it yet, but when I do, anything I should look out for? Any trouble spots for this year? Should I get a mechanic to inspect it? All opinions are appreciated. Thanks in advance

The NADA book lists a 2001 SR5 4WD around $6500 trade-in and $10000 retail.
And it's overdue for a timing belt.

You stated that mileage in Kilometers, if that's the case it's 68,000 miles which is not yet due for the belt which was recommended at 90,000 miles on the 3.4 engine. A lot of people, from personal experience, run them out to 120,000 miles before changing belts. I had mine done a couple years back and it was about $475 at the dealer turn key job.
The price is high but you may find negotiation room there, it really depends on your satisfaction with the condition and whether you plan to drive it for years or re sell it. In any event look around, I bought a 2000 4wd, leather, loaded out for $11,000 last year and it had 65,000 miles, one owner, and all service records.

Have it checked out by a mechanic and get his/her opinion, if you're still interested in it and go from there.
