Tire Pressue blinking and other lights

My 2004 Runner had the VSC TRAC and VSC OFF lights come on. They stayed on for about a week (<100 miles) then they're gone. Now the tire pressure warning light is blinking (1 blink/second ... not the 3 second interval I read about online). I verified pressure in all 5 tires (spare included) and they're all good.

Any ideas why 1) the pressure warning light is blinking, 2) the VSC lights were on, then off without me doing anything, 3) might these 2 events be connected (bad computer, etc.)??

Thanks!

rex,

You might want to find someone that has an OBDII tester to see if you have triggerd a check engine code. If you had a momentary check engine light and you did not see it, it will trigger the VSC trac and the VSC off lights to come on. Maybe the reason why they went out is because the problem is intermittant and once driven enough miles working properly then the lights go out. I would think there would be a stored code in the computer though. The blinking tire pressure light can be reset with the reset procedure in your owners manual.
