Smile Navigation/DVD Use

I know there have been quite a few postings out here on the usage of the navigation systems but I can't find exactly what I am looking for. I own a 2007 4runner with the factory navigation system and would like to know 2 things: 1. Will the system play DVDs with the map DVD rom player? I would like to wire a few screens in the headrests and play the DVD up front. 2. Is there any permanent way to bypass the address/directions lock out while driving? I see there is a way to do it each time the vehicle is started but was hoping to do it permanently. Any help or advice would be appreciated
Thank you.
