how much oil should be consumed

How much oil should be consumed by the engine under normal driving conditions after 1000 km, for example?

In the manual, it states, it's normal for an engine to consume some engine oil.
Eventually, some of the oil is replaced by fuel/water and other contaminates so the oil level may not drop when you check it with a dip stick. Once it's driven on the highway for awhile, the contaminates, water, and fuel burn off from the oil and a more accurate reading of the oil can be obtained.

Any way, my question is how much oil consumption is normal for a V6 engine with about 100,000 km (60,000 miles)?

I would say no more than 1/4- to 1/2 of a quart of oil per 2,000 miles. With 60,000 miles on the engine I would expect it to use very little.
