passenger window switch?

I have a 04 4runner and when pushing the passenger window switch to roll down the window barley moves but it rolls up fine. the drivers side window pass.switch works fine both up & down.
could it be the pass. window switch???

I would say to put window down and lube the tracks and blade seal with silicone spray and move window up and down to work the silicone. Then clean up the slight mess on the window.
