New member here, but long-time viewer.
Got a question which I haven't been able to answer by searching the forum so I hope someone can chime in.
I have a 2010 Tacoma PreRunner Access Cab with the TRD off road package. I recently purchased a set of OME 884 front coils for it but haven't yet installed them because I also want to get rid of the rake of my pops 2005 4Runner V8 sport edition. I know the 884's will also work on the 4Runner and FJ but what I want to know is if any one has installed '05-'10 Tacoma front coils on a '03-'09 4Runner?
You see, once I install the OME coils on my Tacoma, I would like to use those factory springs on the 4Runner IF I can confirm doing so would give the 4Runner a lift.
If any one has done this before please chime in with your experience and results as I would like to know if there is any ride height to be gained on the 4Runner by installing a set of OE Tacoma front springs.
