USA 04 4runner with window problem

I have a power window on the passenger side that will not roll up from the passender side switch. It will roll up on the driver side switch (but clicks/buzzes). My thought is the pw actuator, does anyone have any imput on this?

Thanks in advance

fostecl,

My first thought is the passengers switch is goofed up. The buzzing might be a fighting action between the 2 switches. One saying yes and the other saying no no no.

Fostecl,

I'm thinking the switch first. If the regulator was bad then it would not operate at all or only work once in a while with either switch.
