88 GT Power Steering problem

I just bought a 88 GT Convertible and it is like dripping power steering fluid like a mad man! Honestly not that big of a deal but how should I find out where its leaking from? How much does a new power steering pump go for? Well it dosnt need to be new. Any other common problems I should look for? It has 119k miles. Is there any easy way to see if its burning oil? Last question....yay but how would I go about getting the rear seats and front seatbelts back in the car?
