Help me identify 2 plugs in engine bay

For starters: 1996 Toyota T100 3.4L V6 2WD

Yesterday I replaced my engine wiring harness. Now i have 2 extra plugs in my engine bay. I know(think) one of them is the Engine temp sensor...whatever one is linked to the dash. My engine temp guage doesnt move at all.

The other problem im having(with a picture of the other plug) is a weird throttle condition. While taking it easy the truck runs normal. But if i get on it, and get RPM's past around 4k, my idle becomes very high. In park/neutral, it shoots up to around 3k rpms. Yesterday when i discovered this, i tested from a stop, and got up to 40mph(in second gear, without ever touching the gas). It also fights my torque converter making it increasingly difficult to drive in parking lots or come to a complete stop.

Ive attached 2 pictures...i couldnt get the plug that i think is the engine temp plug to show up in the parking garage i am in. Ill take better ones tonight if need be.

What i need is for someone to identify the location of where these 2 plugs plug in.
The one on the left is a grey plug, 2 pin i believe(see picture) and it splits off the engines wiring harness right next to the throttle position sensor i believe.
(see Picture below)
The second plug is a dark green one, located on the right side of the block, near the back end.

I cant find where to plug either of these into. Im really hoping its not under the intake manifold/plenum, and i feel like i would have noticed that before i put them back on.

Does anyone know where these plugs go?
