Trading in a new 350Z for a 4runner?

Well first off I am Neel, I just signed up here. I own a 2007 350Z its a great summer car, but I live in the snow, so I need something thats reliable. I have been looking around for a new 2010 4runner, and I was wondering if you guys can tell me what should I expect to pay for a new 4 runner. I am looking at only the sr5 model. I have gotten a price quote for 30,250 OTD including my trade in for 20K is that a good price? the msrp was 33,800. I am also interested in the leather package but the msrp is 35,600 what can I expect to get the price dowm to? Oh yeah and one more quick question are the 4runners pretty descent in the snow ? I think a better question to ask is what is the best possible price for a 4runner? This will simplify the question. It's hard to say what your trade-in value will be. Besides your trade-in value changes depending on the car you buy.
