I don't think so. Just bought a new Limited and really like the tires - much better driveability in any condition other than dry. Traded in an 09 Highlander with wider tires and may have sacrificed a little dry pavement traction and ride but overall I am much happier with the narrower tires.
This may date me (like my name) but before all the fancy computers we got along just fine with narrow tires that actually dug in the mud a little instead of spinning and in snow big fat tires are worthless. Granted they may be a bit less than desired in sand but you can always replace em.
