2011 4 Runner thrid row seats

I have decided to make the switch and place my land rover out to pasture and buy a 2011 4 Runner. My question is are do the hrid row seats fold down into the cargo space or do they just fold flat and end up taking up cargo area. My local dealer does not have any 4 Runners with the third row seats on the lot so I have only see pictures and its not 100% clear from the pictures how they fold down. Just trying to figure out if they are rally worth it.

Not sure if you've seen any yet but I've had mine since November 2010. Don't waste your money on the third row seat unless you have kids! It folds all the way down & it's pretty cool how the seats actually come out but it's definitely not enough room for even 1 adult. I tried to sit back there while my boyfriend was driving and ended up having to climb over the seats to sit in the back seat because there isn't enough headroom. It's waaaaaay crampy even if I sat sideways which was pretty much the only possible way to fit & I'm only 5'5".
