Sienna Honks

Every once in a while, say every 4 months, my 2000 Sienna will emit several rapid-fire honks. It happened today. 1-2-3-4-5, five rapid honks in less than 2 seconds.

Now the van was sitting in the driveway, all locked up with the remote control locking device. I looked out the window and didn't see anyone out there messing with it.

What do you think my van is trying to tell me when this happens?

Do you know if the alarm wsa still actiavted (assuming yo have an alarm).

Mine does that sometimes, even when driving!!!! Kinda crazy. I think the VIP alarm system gets confused or gets some sort of radio interference signals and goes whacky for a while. It seems to "fix itself" after a minute or two.
