I have 2000 Sieena. Lately, the Low Tire Pressure Warning Light stays on even though I have ensured all tires are inflated to 32lbs. How do I resolve this warning light?
I donot know if 2000 models have that reset button. I checked the manuals and there is no mention of it; also searched around under the stearing wheel and under the hood, and could not locate it there either.

If you want the wood trim, there is one on ebay right now at $74 shipped: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1998-...spagenameZWDVW
Yes, it's a TRD supercharger (the same unit for the Solara, Camry and Avalon) for 1MZFE 3.0Liter engine. I bought it ( $1,300) from an eBay auction posted by a Toyota Texas dealer. Since the kit is now discontinued, they are now hard to find and buy. I't s nice to have the extra power and the element of suprise to other drivers when needed.
Here is how the engine bay looks right now.

Well I'm not willing to spend that much just yet. I'm probably just gonna buy a K&N Air Filter for now. Believe it or not this is my Great Aunt's Van and though it's a '99 it's only got about 20k miles on it.

My 1999 Sienna has had this problem from day one. I had new tires put on the van recently and the fellow from the tire place said, "All the Siennas have the same thing." He also said that Toyota has to reset this using a special tool.
Coincidentally, in the same tire place, a customer who came in behind me overheard the tire salesman telling me about the Sienna tire pressure light problem. This man then said, "I have a Sienna and it does the same thing."
This is a safety-related problem that the NHTSA needs to be made aware of. The owner has no clue whether there is a tire problem or not given the eratic nature of the dash light. Who knows if the thing would function if there was a pressure problem? Aside from it being an annoyance, it is hazard that can result in an unsafe vehicle.

A mechanic told me that the chip (sensor) is easily knocked off when you change the tire or get new tires if you don't know to be careful not to knock it off.
We had the same problem...usually on a trip. Found that the tire pressure "sensor" is really a balance (load indicator). Once we balanced the load in the cargo area, (hunting trip), we've had no further problems. Just don't forget to do the reset procedure when you check tire pressures, change tires, balance tires etc.
