How do you access the instrument panel fuse box on the 2001 Sienna LE? I've looked but must be missing something.

My passenger side rear-vent window comes out of track when opened and I want to pull the fuse for it before someone goes to open the rear-vent and it falls to the road.

pull out the ash tray under the steering wheel. You will find most fuses behind there. To pull out depress sides of tray and lift pegs out of their cradle.
