My problem is failed emisions for inspection sticker, this is what the report says "overall OBD System---Result Fail" I can't find a chilton or haynes manual for a 2003 sienna, anbody know why. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If the check in light is on, there most be code in the ECU memory. Find some place like AutoZone that will read the codes for free, then post back. Most likely the car failed because the ODB system had tripped the check engine light.
