2000 sienna Cylinder 3 & 4 misfire

The van has 178,000 on it no problems to date. Drove in the morning no problems. Started it again in the afternoon and it ran and idled very rough. Codes were read and showed cylinder 3 & 4 misfire along with multiple cylinder misfire. Thinking that it might be the ignition coil. Any thoughts or similar experiences.
