How to replace power steering belt?

Hi, I just got a 2003 Sienna a few weeks ago and I need to replace the accessory belts. I know that for the AC / Alternator belt, you loosen pivot and adjusting bolts to get the slack you need on the belt. How do I get the power steering belt loose? Similar setup with adjusting bolts and if so, where are all the needed bolts located? Also, for getting to the belt is it easy enough to get to it by taking off the front passenger tire and splash guard?

Thanks, I'll appreciate any tips or info!

Yes, you must remove the tire and guard. It's not the easiest to get to. It doesn't have an adjuster. Only two bolts. Overall it's pretty evil. Or the instruction I have sucks I PM'ed it to you.
