Front Engine Mount

I've got a 2000 Sienna LE with about 213K miles. I got the oil changed today and what I presume was the big engine mount bolt had somehow unscrewed so that the oil filter couldn't be removed. The guy just screwed it back in and changed the oil and told me about it.
I assume it's the front engine mount bolt, correct?
Has a nut come loose from the other side. I'm just wondering if this is something that can be fixed or just needs to be watched.

thanks

You want that bolt to be tight.

If it's tight you're fine. If your van lurches when you change gears or from forward to reverse or vibrates when sitting at lights then you may consider having the mounts replaced. That front mount is liquid filled. I replaced mine at 190K and it seemed to only be half full compared to the new one seemed full. What does that mean? I dunno.

The motor and transmission are suspended in the engine compartment by four mounts and a shock absorber. There is one on each of the four sides. If the top one on the left, when facing the engine, doesn't look lined up correctly it's because the bottom one on the back of the motor is completely shot. The bottom one on the back is likely to be the most noticeably worn. I don't think that you can see it without getting under there.
