Air Conditioning temp

What's the normal temperature range for the air conditioning output?

I know it's related to the outdoor temp, but ours seemingly is at best cold only just by the vents and doesn't really do much for the cabin comfort. There are no bubbles showing in the sight glass, so I assume the system is fully charged, and since there's some chill I assume all's working.

Seems it's done better in years gone by, or maybe as I appreciate it more I'm just expecting too much from it.

Is there a way to increase the output?

If it is HOT outside, once you cool down the interior....you can switch the air source to recirculate to recirculate the cooler air inside the vehicle.
Starting with cooler air moving over the cold evaporator coil, you get more cooling effect from the A/C.

Also, keeping the front of the radiator mounted condensor coils clean will help.

Other than that, you would need to have the system checked out by a good technician to see if the system is cooling to specifications.
