Power locks and interior lights stopped working

2001 Sienna
Went out to unlock the van and could only do so manually or by key in each lock. Also noticed the interior lights aren't working. Everything worked the evening before - any suggestions. All fuses in 2 underhood boxes and one box under the dash check good w/ meter.

I had that same issue just recently in my sienna, it was the Dome fuse in one of the engine compartment fuse boxes. I know you said you checked them but I had the exact same problem and all is working once I replaced it.

Mine wound up being the integration unit, located behind the interior fusebox (got that info from another thread).
