Problem with misfire code

I had a misfire on multiple cyclinders, found 1 bad coil, but also replaced all plugs, and spark plug wires. (Let me just say that if we could line up all the engineers responsible for placing the engine at that angle, and burying the plug wires in the back, I would willingly pay big money to kick eack of them in the most sensitive spot any man could imagine!) That being said, I continue to get an intermittent misfire on number 2 cylinder. I have re-checked the plugs, and swapped the coil with a known good 1, but the problem stays with 2. Any ideas?
