Red face 2002 SIENNA AC problem for help

That is an old problem. About over one year ago, the AC wouldn't work well. Sometims it work well and sometime it did not work wiht the AC green light flashing. I went to Toyota dealer for fixing the problem. At the beginning, they told me it was wrong with the amplifier. So I replace a new amplifier. But the light continued flashing after the replacement. Then for more than one week, they cannot find the real problem. They called the Toyota headquarter for help and finally guided by phone, they told me something wrong with "magnetic clutch" and let me change one new compressor. I did. And they give me one year warranty. During the following one year, the AC is basically normal. But just one year passed, the problem occurred again. Yesterday AC work well but today I saw green light flashing again.
A new compressor just last one year? I did not trust the dealer any more. I did investigation online and someone told me there is great possibility that it is the AC relay problem and suggested me to replace a relay. Is it ture? I checked my car, I find a relay with part number: 90987-02016. Is that the real AC relay nubmer?

Toyota parts zone website, under "Electrical Switch & Relay" under "engine room" (the Illustration # selection at the top of the page will refresh the part listing page with the parts for this).

They list 859-34084-98031 for Magnet Clutch Relay.

Just swap your magnetic clutch relay with your horn relay and if your AC compressor kicks on then you know that's your problem. Those relay's are 90 bucks at the dealer. I believe the TSB for the old relay was part number 90987-02022 and the new number 90987-02028. It's a little brown relay.
