Is my car equipped with keyless entry?

I have owned two 2001 Toyota Sienna LE's and both had keyless entry. Three days ago, I bought a 2003 Toyota Sienna CE; but, the previous owner didn't pass on the keyless entry fob. Since I had three such fobs already, I wasn't concerned; but, I can't get the keyless entry to work. Is there something I'm doing wrong or might I have a car that is not equipped with keyless entry?

Here's what I've done to program it:

Start with the Driver door open and unlocked, with the key out of the ignition.

Insert the key into the ignition switch and remove it two times in 5 sec.

Close and open driver door two times in 40 sec.

Insert the key and remove it again from ignition only once.

Close and open driver door 2 times in 40 sec.

Insert the key in ignition and pull it out.

Close and open driver door twice.

Place key into ignition and close the driver door.

Turn the ignition to "on" position twice – no further.

Remove the key.

The car will confirm the program was successful by locking and unlocking the door.

Press and hold for two seconds both the lock and unlock buttons on the remote then press the lock button.

To program another remote without having to repeat all of the above, repeat the above step with the additional remote.

Open the door to confirm then close the door.

Test your remote(s).

So that I don't waste anyone's time, I got the problem solved.

Thanks for looking; but, I finally figured it out that there are many varied videos and sets of written instructions on the 'net on how to program the Toyota fobs and almost none of them specify a year or a model on which their instructions work or don't work.

I finally found a set of instructions that worked for me at this site. It worked for both my 01 and 03 Siennas:

As an aside, I bought the 03 Sienna three days ago and it has only 8192 miles on it (eighty-one hundred) and I have the Toyota dealer service records that verifies it. And I got it for what Kelly Blue Book says is $2000 under market for a private sale, $9470.
