has anyone ever had this problem before? i have a what sounds like a rotor noise coming from my drivers side, i replaced all my pads rotors and calipers. im still getting a grinding noise when i do a left turn. i really am not sure what it is anymore. i just replaced the bearing on the driver side also, but its not bearing noise.

Double check at make sure that nothing is hanging loose to catch the tire when you turn.

Check the inner splash shield for the rotor.....I bumped and bent one slightly once....and it made a lot of noise.

Also note that each caliper bracket has 4 clips that the pad sits in each clip is different.
These are the clips that the brake pad sits in, and slides in.
Check to see if one of the clips might have been moved.
The following pictures show the clips in the bracket for my passenger side (right side) caliper bracket.
Note that the part that sticks out, sticks out AWAY from the rotor.
