2000 Toyota Sienna is displaying P1130 & P1135 codes. Both are for Bank1 sensor1. Is this the mass air flow sensor? Will a part like this fix it?:

I will try cleaning the currently installed mass air flow sensor first to see if that works.
The car is also displaying P1153 (Bank 1 sensor 2) which I mentioned in another thread. I wonder if I can replace 1 sensor at a time or if I have to do them in pairs.
Also I'm in Northeast US and car was bought in Northeast; I mention because I see people mention Cali. parts alot which has me confused. I'm not sure whether to order Toyota OEM or Denso parts (are Denso specifically to Cali. emission standards which could upset the balance of the rest of the parts in my car?) Thanks for any possible help/advice.
