a/c system replacing evaporator core - how much oil i need to add?

Hello All,

I am replacing the leaking evaporator core, expansion valve and dryer this weekend for my 1999 sienna with rear a/c. I am a bit confused how much oil do I need to add after I evacuate the system. According to the manual the system oil is 4.1oz. Is vacuuming the system means removing all the oil in the system including the compressor? Do I need to fill up 4.1oz of oil during the charging the refrigerant? What oil is required? According to the label it is ND-8, but is is hard to find. Is this the same with pag-46?
