Vibration after changing rear drums

2000 Sienna
230,000 Miles

So today I decided to do the rear brakes. I replaced both wheel cylinders, 1 was leaking, cleaned everything, put in new shoes and hardware and installed new drums.

Now the brakes work but I have a vibration in the rear between 55 and 65 mph. The old drums had big balancing weights on them and the new ones do not but they say they are balanced. I used the same tires and rims on the same wheels and I did not have the vibration before.

I am thinking the drums are out of balance. Anybody got any thoughts.

Turns out it was a bad brake drum. Replaced the new drum with one I took off and the problem went away. So much for the drums being balanced.
