My initial investigation indicates there is good pressure in the lines. There is fuel in the Injector racks; however there is no fuel in the return lines. I think that is the reason my van is not starting. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the problem might be? Thanks.

Fuel pump or injectors as you've said.
When I change, plugs, I make sure they are all changed across the board. Also, make sure your wires are correct for the plugs.
