Van won't start after changing Fuel Filter

Last week my 1999 Sienna would stay on but would hardly Move. Anytime i press the gas pedal it had hard time to accelerate. So I thought it maybe the spark plugs. So I changed the front three spark plugs and started the car and it started fine, however then engine would not rev up when pressing on Gas Pedal. I decided on changing the Fuel filter since it was still the original filter. I changed the Filter and try starting the car. Now the car won’t start. My initial investigation indicates there is good pressure in the lines. There is fuel in the Injector racks; however there is no fuel in the return lines. I think that is the reason my van is not starting. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the problem might be? Thanks.

Fuel pump or injectors as you've said.

When I change, plugs, I make sure they are all changed across the board. Also, make sure your wires are correct for the plugs.
